Request Account Deletion
This email pathway is intended for users who cannot access the App or its in-App deletion option. Send the request from your registered account email address wherever possible. Use the button below, or email us directly at support@diamondizplay.com. You do not need to reinstall the App to submit this request.
Email Account Deletion Request1. Delete Your Account Inside the App
The released DIAMONDIZ PLAY App provides a readily available in-App account-deletion pathway. This is the fastest method because the signed-in user verifies ownership before the secure server starts permanent deletion.
- Open the official DIAMONDIZ PLAY App.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Open the profile menu.
- Select Account & Legal.
- Select Verify Identity to Delete Account.
- Type DELETE when asked.
- Verify ownership with the account password or the same Google account used for sign-in.
- Select Delete My Account Permanently and complete the final confirmation.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you have uninstalled the App, cannot sign in, or cannot access the in-App deletion option, you can request deletion without reinstalling the App by sending an email to support@diamondizplay.com .
Please include:
- A clear statement: “Delete my DIAMONDIZ PLAY account.”
- Your registered email address.
- Your username or profile name.
- Your profile link or User ID, if available.
- Your registered phone number, if one is connected to the account.
A reason for deletion is optional. Do not email your password, UPI PIN, card details, Google password or one-time verification code.
3. Verification and Processing
We may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester owns or is authorised to control the account. Verification protects users against fraudulent or unauthorised deletion.
Verification may use the registered email address, account information or another proportionate method. We will not ask for a password, UPI PIN or complete payment credentials.
In-App deletion is processed through the secure server after the signed-in user completes the required confirmations. Requests made through this website's email pathway are reviewed and processed by DIAMONDIZ PLAY support after account ownership is verified, normally within 30 days. More time may be required where a request is complex, disputed, technically delayed or subject to a legal retention requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will inform the requester of a material delay.
4. Data Deleted or Anonymised
Subject to verification and lawful retention requirements, deleting an App account generally deletes or anonymises data associated with that account.
Account and profile data
- Account identity and authentication link.
- Name, username, biography and profile image.
- Profile settings and privacy preferences.
- Push-notification tokens linked to the account.
User Content and activity
- Posts, reels, stories and uploaded media.
- Comments and other account-created content.
- Likes, follows and similar account activity.
- Messages, if messaging is available and deletion is applicable.
Participation information
- App-based event or voting records where deletion applies.
- Account-linked audition submissions not subject to separate terms.
- Optional profile or participant information.
Technical and analytics data
- Account-linked device and usage records where applicable.
- Account-linked analytics deleted or converted to non-identifying data.
- Security tokens and active sessions.
5. Data That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including for:
- Fraud prevention, account security and abuse investigations.
- Legal claims, court orders or regulatory obligations.
- Payment, tax, accounting or transaction records.
- Copyright, safety, moderation or enforcement records.
- Protection of users, children, rights holders or the public.
- Temporary backup copies awaiting normal deletion or overwriting.
- Event, production, recording or release records governed by a separate valid agreement or legal obligation.
Retained information will be limited to the relevant purpose and will not be used for unrelated activity.
6. Important Information
- Uninstalling the App does not delete the account.
- Account deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible.
- Deletion may remove access to content, history, participation records and other account features.
- A request to delete selected data without deleting the entire account may be reviewed separately where applicable.
- Pending event, order, payment or dispute matters may require separate resolution where applicable.
