For this Policy, a child or minor means a person under 18 years of age.
These standards are published so that users, parents, guardians, rights holders, regulators, app stores and the public can understand how DIAMONDIZ PLAY prevents, reports and acts against child sexual abuse and exploitation.
2. Our Zero-Tolerance Standard

- Predatory contact, comments, messages or off-platform contact requests targeting minors.
3. Prohibited CSAE and CSAM Content

- Nude or sexualised images of a minor, including edited or AI-generated content.
- Content that depicts, praises, normalises or jokes about sexual abuse of a child.
- Content that asks a minor for sexual photos, videos, private body images or sexual chat.
- Links, codes, usernames or instructions used to access CSAM or CSAE material.
- Attempts to sell, trade, collect or distribute sexual material involving minors.
- Images or videos edited to make a minor appear sexual or adult-themed.
This rule applies even if the content is described as “art”, “challenge”, “audition”, “dance”, “modelling”, “joke”, “fan edit”, “AI-generated”, “private”, “only for review” or any similar label.

5. Minors, Talent and Event Participation
DIAMONDIZ PLAY may display or process content related to talent, dance, singing, modelling, poetry, audition, reality show or event participation. Where minors participate, parent or guardian consent may be required depending on the activity, age, event rules and applicable law.
Event organisers, team members, partners, photographers, videographers, judges, volunteers and associated persons must behave professionally and must not misuse their role to contact, pressure, groom or exploit any minor.
Payment of any event, slot, ticket, participation or booking fee does not permit unsafe contact, private exploitation, sexualisation, harassment or any violation of these standards.
6. User-Generated Content and Social Features
DIAMONDIZ PLAY may allow users to upload or interact with reels, posts, stories, comments, profiles and other user-generated content. Users must not use these features to exploit, sexualise, harass, contact or endanger minors.

- Harassment, grooming, sextortion or threatening behaviour.

Users in India may also report cybercrime matters through the official National Cyber Crime Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in/.
If a child is in immediate physical danger, contact local police or emergency services first.

- User account identifiers and timestamps.
- Report details and moderation action taken.
