Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed in the DIAMONDIZ PLAY App and related participation services. They apply to profiles, posts, reels, stories, comments, messages, audition submissions, shopping activity, event participation, reports and other user-generated content or interactions. The DIAMONDIZ PLAY website is primarily informational and does not provide the App's normal social, shopping-account or content-upload features.

1. Our Community Standard

DIAMONDIZ PLAY is intended for entertainment, talent, creativity, lawful expression and respectful interaction. Users must treat other people with dignity and must not use the App to harm, exploit, deceive, intimidate or unlawfully target anyone.

These Guidelines apply together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy .

Before uploading content, users must confirm that they created it themselves or have every right and permission required to use it.

2. Original and Lawful Content

Users must not upload, publish or submit:

  • Stolen, pirated or unauthorised copyrighted content.
  • Films, television clips, songs or recordings without permission.
  • Another person's private photographs or videos without consent.
  • Content that violates a contract, court order or legal restriction.
  • Logos, trademarks or brand material used in a misleading way.
  • Content falsely presented as the user's own original work.

Rights owners may submit a complaint under our Copyright and Takedown Policy .

3. Child Safety

DIAMONDIZ PLAY has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation or endangerment.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexualisation of a minor.
  • Grooming, predatory contact, solicitation or sextortion.
  • Trafficking, exploitation or requests for sexual images.
  • Sharing a minor's private information to expose or endanger them.
  • Content encouraging dangerous contact with a child.
  • Attempts to move a child into unsafe or secret communication.

Suspected child-safety violations should be reported immediately through the App's reporting tools or by emailing support@diamondizplay.com .

4. Sexual and Adult Content

Users must not publish:

  • Pornography or explicit sexual activity.
  • Nudity intended primarily for sexual gratification.
  • Non-consensual intimate images or threats to share them.
  • Sexual services, sexual solicitation or exploitative content.
  • Sexually suggestive content involving or appearing to involve minors.

Limited educational, documentary, artistic or health-related material may still be restricted where necessary for user safety, age appropriateness or legal compliance.

5. Harassment, Bullying and Hate

Users must not:

  • Threaten, stalk, bully, shame or repeatedly target another person.
  • Encourage others to harass or attack an individual or group.
  • Publish degrading content intended to humiliate a person.
  • Use slurs or promote hatred against protected groups.
  • Celebrate or encourage discrimination, exclusion or violence.
  • Send repeated unwanted messages after being asked to stop.

Good-faith criticism, reviews and disagreement may be allowed, but users must not cross into threats, targeted abuse or unlawful harassment.

6. Violence and Dangerous Conduct

Users must not publish or promote:

  • Credible threats of physical harm.
  • Terrorism, violent extremism or recruitment for violent groups.
  • Instructions intended to facilitate serious crime or violence.
  • Graphic violence shared mainly to shock, glorify or celebrate harm.
  • Dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury or death.
  • Animal cruelty or encouragement of deliberate cruelty.

Documentary or newsworthy content may be limited, labelled or removed depending on context, safety risk and applicable law.

7. Self-Harm, Suicide and Exploitation

Users must not:

  • Encourage, praise or instruct another person to self-harm.
  • Mock or target a person because of a mental-health crisis.
  • Share graphic self-harm content for shock or promotion.
  • Exploit a vulnerable person for money, attention or control.

Supportive recovery discussions may be allowed when they do not encourage harmful behaviour. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services or appropriate authorities.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must not share without permission:

  • Passwords, verification codes or financial credentials.
  • Private home addresses, identity numbers or confidential records.
  • A person's private phone number, email or location to cause harm.
  • Private conversations, medical records or intimate information.
  • Information that could expose a child or vulnerable person to danger.

Users should also avoid placing sensitive information in public profiles, captions, comments or videos.

9. Spam, Fraud and Fake Activity

The following are prohibited:

  • Scams, phishing, fake investment or payment schemes.
  • Malware, harmful links or attempts to steal login information.
  • Mass repetitive comments, messages or promotional posts.
  • Bots, scripts or automated activity without authorisation.
  • Buying, selling or manipulating views, likes, votes or followers.
  • Fake giveaways, false prizes or deceptive event claims.
  • Creating accounts mainly to avoid restrictions or bans.

10. Impersonation and Misleading Content

Users must not:

  • Impersonate another person, artist, business or public authority.
  • Use another person's name or photograph to deceive users.
  • Claim false verification, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
  • Misrepresent edited or synthetic content as verified fact to cause harm.
  • Create fake accounts for harassment, fraud or reputation damage.

Fan, parody or commentary accounts should be clearly identified where there is a reasonable risk of confusion.

11. Music and Audio Rights

The Version 1 App does not provide a song library, song-selection system or “use this audio” feature.

Users may upload or record video with their original audio or audio they are legally authorised to use. Availability of a song or clip on YouTube, Instagram or another service does not automatically provide permission to reuse it.

Content may be muted, restricted or removed when a valid rights complaint is received or infringement is reasonably identified.

12. YouTube Embedded Episodes

Some episodes or entertainment videos may be displayed through the official YouTube embedded player. These videos remain hosted and controlled by YouTube and the relevant YouTube channel or rights holder.

Users must not attempt to:

  • Download, extract, copy or re-upload an embedded YouTube video.
  • Remove or hide YouTube branding, controls, notices or advertising.
  • Bypass playback restrictions, geographic limits or age controls.
  • Present third-party YouTube content as owned by DIAMONDIZ PLAY.
  • Charge another user solely for watching an embedded YouTube video.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY does not provide a separate music licence merely because a YouTube video contains a song. Playback, availability, advertising and copyright restrictions remain subject to YouTube and the relevant rights holder. A video may become restricted, blocked or unavailable without notice.

13. Shopping and Product Listings

Shopping features may allow users to view or purchase physical products. Product listings, reviews, comments and related activity must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.

The following are prohibited:

  • Counterfeit, stolen, illegal or unlawfully restricted products.
  • False prices, fake stock, misleading discounts or hidden charges.
  • Fake reviews, fabricated orders or manipulated product ratings.
  • Misleading product images, descriptions, size, condition or origin.
  • Payment scams, phishing links or requests for passwords or UPI PINs.
  • Using shopping features to launder money or conduct fraud.
  • Harassing buyers, sellers, delivery staff or support personnel.

Product availability, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Shopping, Shipping, Return and Refund policies shown before or during purchase.

14. Events, Fees and Payments

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may collect disclosed fees for auditions, confirmed slots, tickets, participation, bookings or other eligible offline event services through an authorised payment gateway.

Users must not:

  • Submit fake payment screenshots or altered transaction details.
  • Use another person's payment method without authorisation.
  • Resell or duplicate a non-transferable pass or confirmed slot.
  • Manipulate registrations, selections, votes or event records.
  • Threaten staff or participants over selection, fees or results.
  • Claim that payment guarantees selection, winning or broadcasting.
An event fee is payment for the disclosed event, booking or participation service. It does not purchase views, followers, selection, a prize or ownership of any embedded YouTube content.

Event-specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be disclosed in the applicable event rules or Refund and Cancellation Policy. DIAMONDIZ PLAY does not ask users to share a UPI PIN, card PIN, online-banking password or one-time verification code.

15. Reporting, Blocking and Hiding

Depending on the released App version and content type, users may be able to:

Report content or users

  • Report a post, reel, story, comment or account.
  • Select a reason and provide relevant information.
  • Report copyright, spam, harassment or unsafe content.

Control personal experience

  • Block another user.
  • Hide content.
  • Use “Not Interested” where available.
  • Limit comments, messages or profile visibility.

False, malicious or repetitive abuse of reporting tools may itself result in restrictions.

16. Moderation and Enforcement

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may review reported or detected content and may take action based on context, severity, legal obligations, user safety, repetition and previous violations.

Possible actions include:

  • No action where no violation is found.
  • Warning or educational notice.
  • Removing or restricting content.
  • Disabling comments or interactions.
  • Reducing visibility or preventing recommendations.
  • Temporary feature or account restriction.
  • Permanent account suspension or termination.
  • Preserving or disclosing information where legally required.

Serious child-safety, exploitation, fraud, violent-threat or legal violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

17. Appeals and Complaints

A user who believes a moderation action was made in error may contact us with:

  • The registered account email.
  • Username or profile name.
  • Content ID, profile link or available screenshot.
  • A clear explanation of why the decision should be reviewed.

Appeals do not guarantee restoration. We may decline repeated, abusive, fraudulent or unsupported appeals.

18. Emergency and Legal Matters

The App's reporting tools are not a substitute for emergency services. A person facing immediate danger should contact local police, emergency services or another appropriate authority.

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may preserve and disclose relevant information when required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm, subject to applicable law.
