Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DIAMONDIZ PLAY collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information in connection with its public informational website, Android application, auditions, events, temporary pre-launch forms, support channels and related services. The website and the mobile application have different functions, as explained below.

1. About DIAMONDIZ PLAY

DIAMONDIZ PLAY is an MSME/Udyam-registered entertainment and talent enterprise based in Meham, Rohtak, Haryana, India. Its activities may include entertainment productions, shows, episodes, auditions, events, talent participation and the DIAMONDIZ PLAY mobile application.

In this Privacy Policy, “DIAMONDIZ PLAY,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the DIAMONDIZ PLAY website, Android application and related services. “App” means the official DIAMONDIZ PLAY Android application.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The official DIAMONDIZ PLAY Android application.
  • The public website at www.diamondizplay.com .
  • Audition, event and participation processes operated by us.
  • Temporary pre-launch registration or enquiry forms.
  • Official support, complaint and communication channels.
  • Other DIAMONDIZ PLAY services that link to this policy.

Independent websites, app stores, payment providers, YouTube, social-media platforms and other third-party services have their own privacy policies and practices.

3. Website and App Roles

3.1 Public informational website

The DIAMONDIZ PLAY website is primarily a public informational website. It may provide information about the business, App, shows, events, policies, support channels and official App download or opening links.

After the App is launched, the website is not intended to provide ordinary App account creation or login, private user profiles, App feeds, private messages, reels, posts, stories, private App data, voting or normal event participation. These interactive functions are intended to be provided through the official App when enabled.

The public website does not allow a visitor to view another user’s private App account or private App data.

3.2 Temporary pre-launch forms

Before the App becomes publicly available, the website may temporarily contain a registration, enquiry or participation form for an event that began before the App launch. Information submitted through such a form is used for that event or enquiry and does not create a permanent website account.

After launch, buttons such as “Register,” “Participate,” “Join,” “Open App” or “Download App” may redirect visitors to the official App, an app-store listing or another authorised page.

3.3 Mobile application

Depending on the released version, the App may provide user accounts, profiles, posts, reels, stories, comments, follows, reports, blocks, entertainment content, voting, event participation, notifications and other interactive features.

4. Information We May Collect

We collect only information reasonably connected to the feature, service, security requirement or legal obligation involved. The information actually collected depends on the released App version and the features a person chooses to use.

4.1 Website and form information

A normal visitor does not need a DIAMONDIZ PLAY App account to read public information on the website. The website or its hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, cookies and security logs.

When a person uses a temporary pre-launch form, enquiry form or support channel, we may collect information they provide, such as:

  • Name, email address and phone number.
  • City, state, age group or talent category.
  • Event, audition, enquiry or support details.
  • Photographs, videos or documents voluntarily submitted.
  • Parent or guardian details where required for a minor.

4.2 App account and profile information

When App account creation is available, we may collect:

  • Name, username, email address and unique account identifier.
  • Profile photograph, biography, category, city or state.
  • Account privacy and communication preferences.
  • Authentication and verification information required to create, recover and protect an account.
  • Name, email address and profile image made available when a user chooses Google Sign-In.

We do not receive a user’s Google account password.

4.3 User Content and App activity

Depending on the features used, we may collect or process:

  • Posts, reels, stories, photographs, videos and captions.
  • Comments, likes, follows and other public interactions.
  • Messages or collaboration requests, only if such features are enabled in the released App.
  • Voting and event-participation activity.
  • Reports, blocks, hidden-content and “not interested” choices.
  • Content views, watch time, reach and engagement information.
  • Content and account moderation or enforcement history.

4.4 Audition, event and participant information

When a person registers or participates through an authorised App or temporary pre-launch process, we may collect:

  • Participant name and contact information.
  • Age group, date of birth where necessary, city and state.
  • Talent category, audition media and performance information.
  • Parent or guardian details and consent where required.
  • Registration, selection, slot, venue and participation records.
  • Identity or eligibility information where reasonably required for an event, prize, safety or legal purpose.

4.5 Device, usage and diagnostic information

The App and its service providers may automatically process:

  • Device type, operating system, language and App version.
  • Internet Protocol address and approximate network information.
  • Device, installation or advertising identifiers where permitted.
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, error reports and performance data.
  • App screens viewed, buttons used and general interaction data.
  • Push-notification tokens and delivery status.
  • Security, fraud-prevention and abuse-detection signals.

4.6 Camera, microphone and media

The App may request access to the camera, microphone, photographs or videos when a user chooses a feature that requires access, such as recording, selecting or uploading content.

The App does not need to access the camera or microphone continuously in the background for normal operation. Permission can be denied or removed through device settings, although the related feature may then stop working.

4.7 Location information

DIAMONDIZ PLAY primarily allows users to select their state or location manually. If a user chooses “Use My Location,” the App may request approximate or coarse location to identify regional availability or relevant services.

DIAMONDIZ PLAY does not require continuous background location tracking for normal operation and does not intend to collect precise location where approximate location or manual state selection is sufficient.

4.8 Payment and transaction information

Certain event registrations, confirmed slots, tickets, bookings or other eligible services may require payment through an independent payment provider. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, amount, reference number, date and the service purchased.

We do not intentionally store a user’s complete card number, UPI PIN, online-banking password or other complete payment credentials.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Create, authenticate, recover and protect App accounts.
  • Provide profiles, posts, reels, stories and App interactions.
  • Process authorised audition and event registrations.
  • Display content according to selected visibility settings.
  • Operate voting, notifications and participation features.
  • Personalise or order content and improve recommendations.
  • Measure views, watch time, reach and service performance.
  • Display, measure and manage advertisements.
  • Process payments and confirm eligible transactions.
  • Detect spam, fraud, abuse and security threats.
  • Review reports and enforce rules and Community Guidelines.
  • Respond to support, privacy, copyright and legal requests.
  • Protect users, rights holders and platform infrastructure.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Public Content and Visibility

Content shared through a public App profile or public visibility setting may be visible to other App users and may be captured or shared outside the App by those users.

Users should not place passwords, banking credentials, identity numbers, private addresses or other sensitive personal information in public profiles, captions, comments or content.

The App may offer controls for profile visibility, comments, messages, blocking and content visibility. Some information may remain visible where necessary for attribution, safety, reporting or legal compliance.

Stories may stop being publicly visible after their normal expiry or deletion, but limited backup, security or moderation records may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary.

7. Device Permissions and User Control

Where a feature needs a device permission, the App will request the permission through the device or operating-system process. A user can choose whether to grant the permission.

Permissions may include:

  • Camera access for recording or taking a photograph.
  • Microphone access for recording original audio or video.
  • Photo or video access for selecting content to upload.
  • Notifications for account, content, event or service updates.
  • Approximate location only when the user chooses a location-based feature.

Permissions can be changed through device settings. We do not use a permission for an unrelated purpose without appropriate disclosure and consent.

8. Advertising, Analytics and Diagnostics

The App may use advertising, analytics and diagnostic services, including Google AdMob and Google Firebase services.

Depending on App configuration, user choices and applicable law, these services may process device information, advertising or installation identifiers, Internet Protocol address, App interactions, crash data, diagnostics and advertising-performance information.

Advertising may be personalised or non-personalised depending on consent, age-related requirements, region, account status and service configuration. Where legally required, consent or privacy-choice controls may be shown before certain advertising data is processed.

We may change advertising frequency or placement through remote configuration, but any data handling must remain consistent with this Policy, the App’s disclosures and the applicable user choices.

9. Services and Technology Providers

We may use independent providers to operate and protect the website and App, including:

  • Google Firebase for authentication, databases, cloud functions, notifications, analytics, diagnostics and related backend services that are enabled in the released App.
  • Google Sign-In for optional account authentication.
  • Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement.
  • Cloud hosting, object storage and content-delivery providers for uploaded images, videos and technical files.
  • YouTube for authorised embedded or linked video content.
  • Payment gateways for eligible paid services.
  • Website hosting, domain, email, support and security providers.
  • Google Play and other app-distribution services.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms where necessary to provide their services. The providers actually used may change as our technical infrastructure changes, and this Policy will be updated if the change materially affects users.

10. When We May Share Information

We may share or disclose information:

  • With service providers: to host, store, secure, authenticate, analyse, advertise, process payments, support and operate the services.
  • With other users: when a user publishes public content or interacts publicly through the App.
  • For event operations: with authorised staff, venues, production teams or service partners where reasonably necessary for the relevant event.
  • For safety and legal reasons: when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, protect rights, enforce policies or comply with a lawful request.
  • With consent: when a user clearly authorises a particular disclosure.
  • During lawful business restructuring: if the business or service is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Sale of Personal Information

DIAMONDIZ PLAY does not sell users’ personal information to advertisers or data brokers for direct monetary payment.

Advertising and analytics providers may process limited data as described in this Policy and their own privacy documentation. This processing may be subject to consent, age, regional and device controls.

12. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, purpose, security requirement or legal obligation for which it was collected.

Retention periods vary by data type. App content may remain available until deleted by the user, removed by us, expired by the relevant feature or deleted with the account.

Limited records may be retained after content or account deletion where necessary for backups, fraud prevention, security, financial records, legal claims, regulatory obligations, rights complaints or enforcement history.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten through normal technical processes. Data retained for legal, security or enforcement reasons will not be used for unrelated purposes.

13. Account and Data Deletion

When App account creation is available, users may request deletion of their App account and associated personal data through:

The website deletion page is a public request and information resource. It does not provide normal App login and does not expose a user’s private App data.

We may verify account ownership before completing a request. After verification, the account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except for limited information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, rights complaints or enforcement.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete an account.

14. User Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on the released features and applicable law, users may:

  • Access and update profile information.
  • Change profile, comment, message and visibility settings.
  • Delete posts, reels, stories and other content.
  • Block users, hide content and mark content as not interested.
  • Turn notifications on or off.
  • Grant, deny or remove device permissions.
  • Request access, correction or deletion of personal information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Contact us with a privacy complaint or question.

We may request reasonable identity or account-ownership verification before acting on a privacy or deletion request.

15. Content Safety, Reports and Moderation

The App is intended to provide tools for reporting reels, posts, stories, comments and users; blocking accounts; hiding content; and marking content as not interested.

A report may include the reported content, selected report reason, reporting account, reported account and relevant technical or security information. We use this information to review complaints, protect users and enforce our rules.

Report reasons may include copyright infringement, inappropriate content, spam, harassment, fake accounts and other violations.

Users must upload only content they created or have the legal right to use, including all music and audio contained in the upload.

More information will be available in our Community Guidelines and Copyright and Takedown Policy .

16. Children, Minors and Guardian Information

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may operate talent events in which minors participate. A minor’s event registration or participation may require a parent or legal guardian to provide consent, contact information, supervision or verification.

App account access and social features may be restricted according to age, the released App design, applicable law and safety requirements. Where appropriate, a parent or guardian may be required to manage or authorise a minor’s participation.

We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a minor than is reasonably necessary for the authorised feature, event, safety requirement or legal obligation.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, predatory behaviour, sexualisation of minors, trafficking, solicitation, sextortion and other conduct that endangers children.

A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information without proper permission may contact us to request review, restriction or deletion.

Child-safety reporting and standards will be published in our Child Safety Standards .

17. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. These may include account authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections, service-provider security controls, logging, monitoring and restricted administrative access.

No internet service, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, email accounts, verification codes and login credentials.

18. International Processing

Our technology and service providers may process or store information in India or other countries where they operate.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical and organisational protections for such processing.

19. External Links, Embedded Content and Policy Changes

The website or App may contain links to or embedded content from YouTube, app stores, social-media services, payment providers and other independent services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, App, service providers, features, legal obligations or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the App, website, registered email address or another reasonable channel where appropriate.
