These Terms & Conditions govern use of the DiAMONDIZ PLAY public information website, the DiAMONDIZ PLAY Android application, and our auditions, shows, competitions, events, support channels and related services. The website and the Android application have different roles, which are explained clearly below.
Website: Public Information Only
www.diamondizplay.com is primarily an informational website for public details about DiAMONDIZ PLAY, shows, events, support, policies and app download links. It is not the web version of the Android app and does not provide access to app accounts or private app data.
Android App: Interactive Services
Account creation, login, profiles, posts, reels, stories, comments, follows, voting, participation and other interactive features are provided inside the DiAMONDIZ PLAY Android application when available.
1. About DiAMONDIZ PLAY
DiAMONDIZ PLAY is an MSME/Udyam-registered entertainment and talent enterprise based in Meham, Rohtak, Haryana, India. Our services may include entertainment shows, episodes, auditions, events, competitions, participation opportunities, voting and, through the Android application, user profiles and user-generated content features.
In these Terms, “DiAMONDIZ PLAY,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the DiAMONDIZ PLAY services. “Website” means www.diamondizplay.com. “App” means the official DiAMONDIZ PLAY Android application. “Services” means the Website, App and any official service that directly links to these Terms.
2. Website and App Roles
2.1 Public Website
The Website is designed mainly to provide public information about DiAMONDIZ PLAY, its shows, events, app, business identity, policies, support details and official download links.
The Website does not ordinarily provide:
- DiAMONDIZ PLAY app account creation or login.
- Access to private profiles, private messages or private app data.
- Posting, reels, stories, comments, follows or other live app features.
- A browser-based replacement for the Android application.
2.2 Android Application
Interactive services such as account creation, login, profiles, posts, reels, stories, comments, follows, voting, content reporting and event participation are available only inside the App when those features are enabled.
2.3 Temporary Pre-Launch Event Forms
Before the public App launch, certain Website pages may temporarily contain forms or external links for events that began before the App was available. Such temporary forms are event-registration tools only. They do not create a DiAMONDIZ PLAY app account and do not make the Website an interactive version of the App.
After App-based participation becomes available, Website participation or registration buttons may direct users to open or download the App.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing the Website, using the App, creating an App account, submitting content, registering for an event, voting, or using another DiAMONDIZ PLAY service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not create an App account, upload content, participate through the Services or continue using any feature that requires acceptance of these Terms.
Before a user can create or upload user-generated content, the App may require express acceptance of these Terms, the Community Guidelines and any applicable upload declaration.
Additional rules may apply to a particular audition, competition, event, vote, promotion or feature. Those official additional rules form part of these Terms for that activity.
4. Eligibility and Minors
A user must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. Where a user or participant is below 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide the permission, supervision or consent required by applicable law and by the relevant App or event process.
Where a minor participates in an audition, event, shoot, show or production, we may require:
- Parent or legal guardian consent.
- Parent or guardian contact and identity information.
- Proof of the participant’s age where reasonably necessary.
- Adult supervision or presence at an offline venue.
- Production, recording, broadcasting or release permissions.
The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s participation, information supplied and compliance with applicable rules.
5. App Accounts and Security
DiAMONDIZ PLAY accounts are created and accessed through the App, not through the public Website. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information and to keep it updated.
You must not:
- Create an account using another person’s identity without permission.
- Provide false age, identity or eligibility information.
- Impersonate an individual, artist, organisation or authority.
- Create accounts for fraud, spam, harassment or manipulation.
- Sell, rent, transfer or share an account for unauthorised purposes.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or private information.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and device. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
We may request reasonable verification for account recovery, ownership disputes, serious reports, age concerns or account deletion.
6. App Features and Availability
The App may provide features such as:
- User profiles and account settings.
- Posts, reels, stories, photographs, videos and captions.
- Likes, comments, follows and engagement features.
- Reporting, blocking, hiding and privacy controls.
- Shows, episodes and authorised embedded content.
- Audition, event and participation opportunities.
- Voting, results, notifications and basic analytics.
- Advertisements and promotional content.
A description of a planned or possible feature does not guarantee that the feature is currently available. Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended or removed for security, safety, legal compliance, maintenance, technical or product reasons.
The current public version does not promise a creator wallet, withdrawal facility, creator payout, royalty or revenue-sharing programme. Any such programme would require separate official written terms.
7. User-Generated Content
“User Content” includes any profile information, post, reel, story, photograph, video, audio, caption, comment, message, audition video, performance or other material submitted through the App or an authorised event-submission process.
You retain ownership of original content that you create. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for obtaining every right, permission, licence and consent needed to submit, publish, display or use it.
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
- The content is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- It does not infringe copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
- It does not violate privacy, publicity or contractual rights.
- You obtained required permission from identifiable people.
- It is not abusive, exploitative, fraudulent or dangerously misleading.
- It does not disclose confidential or sensitive data without authority.
DiAMONDIZ PLAY does not become the creator or owner of User Content merely because the content is stored, processed, moderated or displayed through the App.
8. Licence for User Content
To operate the App and deliver the feature selected by you, you grant DiAMONDIZ PLAY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, compress, convert, transmit, display and distribute your User Content through the Services.
This licence permits technical processing needed for different devices, screen sizes, file formats, cloud-storage systems and content-delivery systems.
For content you choose to make public, the licence permits us to display it to other App users and use reasonable thumbnails, previews or excerpts to present or promote the relevant content, participant, show or DiAMONDIZ PLAY service.
Content submitted for an audition, show, event or production may be subject to separate participation, recording, broadcasting, promotional or release terms. Where required, those terms will be provided separately.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content. It normally ends when the content is deleted from active Services, except where retention or continued use is required by law, safety, dispute handling, technical backup cycles, a valid third-party share, or a separate production agreement.
9. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- Upload stolen, illegal or unauthorised copyrighted content.
- Create, upload, solicit or distribute child sexual abuse material.
- Sexualise, exploit, groom, threaten or endanger a child or minor.
- Threaten, bully, stalk, harass or unlawfully discriminate against others.
- Publish hateful, excessively violent, obscene or dangerous content.
- Encourage self-harm, terrorism, serious violence or criminal activity.
- Share private addresses, identity documents or financial credentials.
- Conduct scams, phishing, impersonation or financial fraud.
- Artificially manipulate views, likes, comments, followers or votes.
- Use bots, scripts, automated accounts or unauthorised scraping tools.
- Upload malware or attempt to damage or overload the Services.
- Bypass access controls, security, moderation or age restrictions.
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
10. Music, Audio and Third-Party Rights
DiAMONDIZ PLAY does not grant users permission to use copyrighted songs, music, audio, film clips, television footage or third-party recordings.
Content being available on YouTube, Instagram, another app or the wider internet does not automatically give you permission to reuse it.
Content may be muted, blocked, restricted or removed if we receive a credible rights complaint or reasonably believe that it infringes intellectual-property rights.
11. Moderation, Reporting and Blocking
The App may provide tools to report a post, reel, story, comment or user; block an account; restrict interactions; and hide unwanted content.
Reports may be reviewed using the reported content, selected reason, relevant account information, moderation history and technical records.
We may take action including:
- Removing, restricting or reducing visibility of content.
- Disabling comments or other interactions.
- Issuing warnings or temporary feature restrictions.
- Suspending or permanently terminating an account.
- Preserving or disclosing information where legally required.
Moderation decisions may consider user safety, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, severity, repeated violations and our Community Guidelines.
We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or that every violation will be detected immediately.
12. Child Safety
DiAMONDIZ PLAY prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, predatory behaviour, child trafficking and the creation, possession, solicitation or distribution of child sexual abuse material.
We may immediately remove relevant content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, make legally required reports and cooperate with competent law enforcement or child-safety authorities.
Users can report child-safety concerns through in-app reporting tools or the contact details on our Child Safety Standards page. Emergencies should be reported directly to local emergency or law enforcement authorities.
13. Intellectual Property
The DiAMONDIZ PLAY name, logo, branding, original website design, App interface, original graphics, production materials and original platform content are owned by or licensed to DiAMONDIZ PLAY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our branding or original material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, logos, videos, music and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership or ownership by DiAMONDIZ PLAY.
14. Copyright and Takedown Requests
If you believe that content available through DiAMONDIZ PLAY infringes your copyright or other legal rights, you may submit a complaint.
A complaint should include, where applicable:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Identification of the original protected work.
- The App profile, content identifier or exact URL requiring review.
- An explanation of your ownership or authority to complain.
- A good-faith statement that the complained-of use is unauthorised.
- Supporting documents or evidence where reasonably available.
We may request verification or additional information. False, misleading or abusive complaints may be rejected and may result in account action. Detailed instructions are provided in our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
15. YouTube and External Content
The Website or App may display videos through official YouTube embedding or provide links to YouTube and other third-party services.
Embedded or linked content remains subject to the terms, policies, availability and controls of the applicable third-party service and content owner.
DiAMONDIZ PLAY does not claim ownership of third-party YouTube content merely because it is embedded or linked. Third-party content may become unavailable, restricted, removed or changed without notice.
16. Auditions, Shows, Competitions and Events
Registration or participation does not guarantee selection, advancement, broadcasting, a prize, employment, representation, fame, sponsorship or another commercial opportunity.
Selection and progression may depend on eligibility, category, performance, production requirements, capacity, announced rules and the decisions of authorised jury or production personnel.
Event-specific information may include:
- Age limits, categories and eligibility.
- Registration and audition requirements.
- Dates, reporting times, venues and entry rules.
- Slot confirmation, passes or identity verification.
- Participation fees or production charges.
- Recording, photography and broadcasting permissions.
- Health, safety and conduct instructions.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions.
After the App launches, Website buttons relating to participation may direct users to download or open the App. Event registration and account authentication will then be completed inside the App unless an official event notice states otherwise.
Dates, venues, judges, rounds, schedules or formats may be changed when reasonably necessary because of production requirements, safety, weather, venue availability, government directions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through registered contact details.
Participants and accompanying persons must follow venue rules, production instructions and lawful safety directions. Serious misconduct may result in removal or disqualification.
17. Payments, Refunds and Prizes
Certain event registrations, confirmed slots, bookings, tickets or other eligible services may require payment. Applicable fees, deadlines, cancellation terms and refund conditions will be displayed or communicated for the specific service before or at the time of payment.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway. DiAMONDIZ PLAY does not intentionally collect or store your complete card number, UPI PIN or online-banking password.
Refund eligibility depends on the event-specific terms, whether a slot or production resource was reserved, the timing and reason for cancellation, and applicable law.
Any prize, payment or revenue-sharing arrangement applies only where it is expressly stated in official written rules or a separate agreement.
18. Advertising and Promotions
The App may display advertisements, sponsored content or promotions from DiAMONDIZ PLAY or third parties. Advertising may be served or measured by services such as Google AdMob, subject to applicable consent choices, age-related requirements, settings and law.
Unless expressly stated, displaying a third-party advertisement does not mean that DiAMONDIZ PLAY guarantees or endorses the advertiser, product or service.
Transactions with an independent advertiser or seller may be governed by that third party’s own payment, delivery, warranty, return and privacy terms.
19. Privacy and Data Practices
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, security and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Website does not provide access to private App account data. However, ordinary website systems and temporary event forms may process limited information as described in the Privacy Policy.
App permissions, third-party SDKs and data practices must be reflected accurately in the Privacy Policy and in the information submitted through Google Play Console.
20. Account and Data Deletion
App users may request deletion of their DiAMONDIZ PLAY account and associated personal data through:
- The Delete Account option available inside the released App.
- Our public Account Deletion Request page, which is available even if the App is no longer installed.
- Emailing support@diamondizplay.com from the registered email address.
The Website deletion page is a request and support pathway for an App account; it does not create Website login functionality.
We may request reasonable account-ownership verification. After verification, the account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised, except for limited records that must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial records, dispute resolution or enforcement purposes.
Uninstalling the App or deleting public content does not automatically delete the App account.
21. Third-Party Services
The Services may use or connect to providers such as:
- Google Firebase for authentication and backend services.
- Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement.
- Google Sign-In for optional authentication.
- YouTube for authorised embedded or linked videos.
- Cloud hosting, object storage and content-delivery providers.
- Payment, email, customer-support and communication providers.
Independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an independent provider’s content, availability or decisions, except to the extent required by law.
22. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request App account deletion through the available process.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or feature because of:
- A serious or repeated violation of these Terms or Guidelines.
- Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement.
- Child-safety, exploitation, grooming or harassment concerns.
- Fraud, spam, impersonation or engagement manipulation.
- Threats to platform, user, event or account security.
- A lawful government, regulatory or court requirement.
- Misuse of registration, voting, payment or participation systems.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide a warning or an opportunity to clarify or appeal. Immediate action may be taken for serious safety, legal or security risks.
23. Service Availability
We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.
Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet failure, hosting problems, third-party outages, security incidents, legal requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may temporarily limit access to protect users, data, infrastructure or the integrity of an event, vote or competition.
24. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
DiAMONDIZ PLAY does not guarantee:
- Selection, advancement or winning in an audition or competition.
- A particular number of views, followers, likes or interactions.
- Employment, representation, sponsorship or professional success.
- Continuous availability of third-party content or external links.
- That every User Content item is accurate, suitable or lawful.
- That every violation will be detected immediately.
Views, reach, watch time, analytics and similar figures may be estimated, delayed, filtered or adjusted because of technical issues, spam or invalid activity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiAMONDIZ PLAY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
- User Content or another user’s conduct.
- Loss of data caused by a device or external service.
- Temporary interruption or unavailability of the Services.
- Unauthorised access caused by failure to secure an account.
- Independent third-party advertisements, links or transactions.
- Event changes caused by safety, venue or external circumstances.
Liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be restricted.
26. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or event rules.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- User Content uploaded or submitted by you.
- False information or unauthorised material supplied by you.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by DiAMONDIZ PLAY’s own unlawful conduct.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to understand and resolve the issue in good faith.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and mandatory jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms or Services will be subject to competent courts having jurisdiction in Rohtak, Haryana, India.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Services, technology, safety practices, legal obligations or business operations change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, Website, registered email or another reasonable channel.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms, except where additional express consent is required by law.
