SGT Hunar Ka Rang – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to registration, audition, participation, shooting, selection, fees, content usage, telecast, online publication and show-related activities for SGT Hunar Ka Rang, organised under the DIAMONDIZ PLAY brand.

By submitting the registration form, sending an audition video, paying any applicable fee or attending any show round, the participant and/or parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these show-specific Terms & Conditions.

1. Organiser and Scope

SGT Hunar Ka Rang is a talent/reality-show style programme organised under the DIAMONDIZ PLAY brand. These show-specific terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions , Privacy Policy , Community Guidelines , Copyright & Takedown Policy and Child Safety Standards .

These terms apply to online auditions, offline auditions, camera rounds, mega rounds, finale, website pages, social media posts, YouTube uploads, TV/OTT/digital telecast, promotional material, event communication and other show-related activities.

2. Eligibility and Age Rules

Participants must provide correct age, name, contact and category information at the time of registration.
For most categories, participants above the age of 5 may participate, subject to show rules, safety and parental/guardian consent where required.
For the Modeling category, the preferred age range is 15 to 35 years, unless the organiser announces a separate update.
Minor participants may be required to provide parent/guardian consent, identity details and emergency contact details.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY may refuse, pause or cancel a participation request if age, identity, parent/guardian consent or safety information appears incomplete, false or unsuitable.

3. Registration and Correct Information

Registration must be submitted through an authorised DIAMONDIZ PLAY channel only.
Participants must not submit fake names, wrong phone numbers, another person's identity or misleading category details.
One participant must not submit multiple fake registrations to manipulate selection, slots or results.
If the organiser cannot contact a participant due to wrong details, the slot/selection may be cancelled.
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection, telecast, prize, ranking or participation in every round.

4. Audition and Round Structure

The show may include multiple stages. The exact structure may change depending on production, venue, schedule, category participation, channel/OTT/digital requirements and organiser decisions.

Current season structure: Online Audition / Pre-Audition, Camera Round, Mega Round and Finale. There is no separate Finale round in the current structure.

Online Audition	Virtual video submission or online screening.
Offline / Pre-Audition	Physical or digital pre-selection activity, where applicable.
Camera Round	Proper shoot/camera round for selected participants.
Mega Round	Advanced performance round; may be published digitally and/or highlighted on TV.
Finale	Final stage of the show; format, telecast, winner announcement and prize process will be decided by the organiser.

The entire competition may take a long period from first audition to finale. Schedule, dates, city, venue, format and telecast plan may be changed due to production, venue, channel, safety or operational reasons.

5. Performance Rules

Performance duration should normally not exceed 1 minute 30 seconds, unless the organiser allows a different duration.
Participants must prepare and arrange their own costumes, props, performance material and supporting items unless specifically provided by the organiser.
The performance must not contain obscene, hateful, unsafe, illegal, violent or child-safety violating content.
Participants must follow reporting time, slot time, queue discipline and team instructions.
No participant has the right to demand a specific camera angle, edit duration, telecast duration, order of performance, judge, slot or ranking.

6. Props, Studio and Safety Rules

Heavy props or props involving water, sand, fire, smoke, sharp objects, hazardous items or safety risks are not allowed without prior written permission.
Photography/videography by participants, friends or relatives may be restricted or prohibited inside the studio, audition room, backstage area or production zone.
No friends or relatives may be allowed inside the audition/shoot room unless the organiser permits it, or unless required for a minor/special assistance case.
Participants must not damage venue property, equipment, lights, cameras, stage material or organiser property.
Participants may be asked to wait until their audition/shoot is complete; leaving without permission may affect participation.

7. Fees, Token and Refund Rules

Some rounds may require a participation, slot, camera round, booking or production-related fee. The exact fee, payment method, due date and round details will be communicated by official DIAMONDIZ PLAY channels.

Current structure note: the separate Finale round has been removed from the middle of the show. The earlier ₹5,000 Finale fee is now treated as the Finale fee for eligible selected participants. Other rounds remain as officially announced.

Registration / Online Audition	Free, unless a new official announcement says otherwise.
Camera Round	₹1,000 total for selected participants, generally collected as ₹500 token/slot confirmation and ₹500 at the venue, unless officially updated.
Mega Round	As per official current-season announcement and participant communication.
Finale	₹5,000 Finale fee/production participation fee, as applicable for eligible selected participants. There is no separate Finale round in the current structure.

Payment of any fee does not guarantee selection, winner position, prize, final telecast, followers, views, fame or future work.
Fees paid for confirmed slots, booking, participation or production arrangements are generally non-refundable after confirmation, except where refund is required by law or specifically announced by DIAMONDIZ PLAY.
If DIAMONDIZ PLAY cancels a paid round and does not provide any alternative date, slot, service or adjustment, refund/adjustment may be reviewed as per the official announcement and applicable law.
Duplicate payment, wrong payment or payment failure cases must be reported with proof to support@diamondizplay.com.
Fake payment screenshots, chargeback fraud, unauthorised payment claims or misleading payment proof may lead to cancellation and disqualification.

Payment should be made only through authorised DIAMONDIZ PLAY payment links, official gateway, official account or official instructions. Do not pay to unknown personal accounts claiming to represent the show.

8. Selection and Judges' Decision

Selection is based on performance, show format, category requirements, production suitability and judges'/organiser's evaluation.
The decision of judges and/or organiser is final and binding for selection, ranking, elimination, category movement and winner declaration.
No dispute, objection or claim will be entertained merely because a participant expected a different result, longer clip, different edit or different judge feedback.
The organiser may merge, split, pause or cancel a category if participation, production or format requirements are not met.

9. Shoot, Editing, Telecast and Footage

By participating in the show, the participant and/or parent/guardian grants DIAMONDIZ PLAY and its authorised partners permission to record, photograph, edit, publish, broadcast, stream, promote and use the participant's performance, name, voice, image, profile, interview, behind-the-scenes clips and related material for show, promotional, archival and business purposes.

No participant can object if their clip is shown for a shorter or longer duration than another participant.
The organiser may edit, crop, combine, subtitle, voice-over, promote or schedule footage according to production needs.
Telecast, OTT upload, YouTube upload, social media upload and website listing are subject to production, channel, platform, rights, safety and moderation decisions.
Participation does not guarantee that the full performance will be aired, uploaded or promoted.
The organiser may remove or restrict content if a valid rights, safety, privacy, platform or legal issue arises.

10. Content, Music and Copyright

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the right to perform with any song, track, beat, recording, costume, script, choreography, image, logo or other protected material used by them.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY does not automatically provide music licences for songs chosen by participants.
If a participant uses copyrighted music or content, a rights holder may claim, block, monetise, report or request removal as per platform and legal processes.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY may remove, mute, restrict or edit content if a valid copyright, music-rights or ownership complaint is received.
Repeated or serious rights violations may lead to disqualification or account/content restrictions.

11. Prize, Facilities and Benefits

The announced cash prize, trophy, certificate, medal, makeup, stay, food, celebrity page, promo video or telecast benefit may depend on category, round, selection, sponsor/production arrangement and official season rules.
Total cash prize may be distributed among categories as per official show announcements.
Each category may require a minimum participant count or qualification level to proceed for prize consideration, as announced by the organiser.
Food, stay, makeup or other facilities may be limited to selected rounds and selected participants only.
Benefits are not transferable and may be changed, adjusted or substituted due to venue, production, budget, sponsor, safety or operational reasons.

12. Conduct and Disqualification

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may disqualify, remove or restrict a participant for:

Fraud, fake registration, fake age, fake identity or fake payment proof.
Misbehaviour with team, judges, participants, audience, venue staff or partners.
Violence, harassment, threats, abusive language or unsafe conduct.
Damaging property or violating venue/studio rules.
Repeated late arrival, no-show, slot misuse or refusal to follow instructions.
Copyright, privacy, child-safety or community-guideline violations.
Attempting to influence judges, staff, voting, results or selection through unfair means.

13. Health, Travel and Responsibility

Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit to perform.
Participants are responsible for their travel, costume, personal items and personal safety unless the organiser specifically announces a facility.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY is not responsible for health issues, injuries, emergencies, travel delays, personal belongings or losses caused by participant negligence or third-party circumstances.
Participants must inform the team in advance about any medical condition, special assistance requirement or performance risk.

14. Minor Participants and Child Safety

For participants below 18 years, parent/guardian consent and supervision may be required.
Minors must not be contacted privately by unauthorised persons in the name of auditions, selection, promotion or show opportunities.
Any child safety, grooming, exploitation, harassment or unsafe contact concern should be reported immediately.
DIAMONDIZ PLAY follows its public Child Safety Standards and may remove content, restrict accounts or report serious concerns to authorities where required or appropriate.

15. Changes, Delay or Cancellation

DIAMONDIZ PLAY may change show dates, city, venue, timings, judges, round format, telecast partner, upload plan, category structure, prize distribution or facilities due to production, safety, venue, sponsor, legal, technical, weather, government, platform or other operational reasons.

Participants will be informed through official DIAMONDIZ PLAY channels where reasonably possible. Participants should avoid relying on unofficial rumours, third-party pages or unauthorised persons.
